How do I order a printed catalog?
You don’t! We don’t send printed catalogs because there is no way for us to update it once we’ve sent it to you. Our catalog is online and accessible anywhere you can access the internet. We feature over 70,000 products (imagine how many pages that would be) and are adding new products and removing discontinued ones daily. What graphic file type should I send you?
For imprinting you should send us your artwork in vector (EPS) format. If you are not able to convert
your artwork into vector format we can convert it for you. There is a fee of $35 to convert your artwork
and takes 48 hours to complete. For embroidery any file type is sufficient. You can also send a business
card or any stationary that has your artwork on it. Our team of skilled digitizers will guarantee a quality
second to none when recreating your artwork for embroidery.

What is a vector (EPS) file type?
Vector art is art calculated and drawn using vectors and curves in your computer, instead of by bitmapping.
Vector art is great for type since the lines stay crisp at any scale. There are no resolution problems
with dots or pixels. Type and lines remain crisp not bitmapped.

Yes we accept all major credit cards. When submitting your
credit card information please include the type of card, your name and billing address as it appears
on the card, the card number, CVV code listed on the front or back, and the expiration date.
